We need someone who can walk onto a manufacturing shop floor, understand how things actually run, and configure our software to help our customers drive success.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure our manufacturing intelligence platform at customer facilities, adapting solutions to fit how they actually operate
- Work directly with production managers, operators, and plant leadership to understand their workflows and pain points
- Build custom dashboards and reports using our BI tools so customers can track the progress that matters to them
- Write JavaScript to customize workflows, automate processes, and connect our software to their existing systems
- Train customers on the software, not just with PowerPoint, but hands-on sessions that get them confident and productive
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments where downtime costs real money
- Translate what you learn in the field back to our product team so we keep building things customers actually need
- Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously, keeping projects on track without letting details slip
What We're Looking For
- Strong JavaScript skills
- Comfortable learning new software quickly and teaching others how to use it
- Programming background is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate with plant managers and machine operators equally well
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
- Ability to work independently and manage your own projects
- Experience in manufacturing environments (preferred)
- Familiarity with BI tools and data visualization (preferred)
