Fast deployment.
No operational disruption.
Minimal time commitment.
Most of the implementation work is done by the Essembi team. Your team contributes a few hours per week during rollout — and goes live with a fully configured platform in weeks, not months.
You focus on running the floor. We handle the implementation.
Most manufacturing software implementations drag on for months and pull key people off the floor. Essembi's rollout is different by design. We come with a repeatable process, a dedicated team, and a timeline that respects the fact that your operation does not stop for a software project.
Book a DemoA structured rollout in two parts.
Every implementation follows the same two-part structure: first we get accurate data flowing from your production lines, then we turn that data into the visibility and tools your team needs to improve.
Measurement
Get accurate, real-time production data flowing from your lines with sensors, edge devices, and API connections. No more clipboards. No more manual entry.
- Initial data loaded and API connections configured
- Hardware installed on production lines with minimal downtime
- OEE metrics validated and confirmed accurate for each line
- Process controls configured to capture what matters most
Improvement
With data flowing, we build out the dashboards, reports, and workflows your team needs to turn visibility into action — faster continuous improvement cycles from day one.
- Custom dashboards designed for operators, supervisors, and leadership
- Key reports validated and configured by the Essembi team
- Team training completed before go-live — operators ready from shift one
- Continuous improvement tools live and tracking savings from day one
From kickoff to go-live in weeks.
Most manufacturers are live within 6 to 8 weeks. Timeline varies based on the number and types of production lines, automated data collection strategy, and modules implemented.

Minimal team time commitment.
Most of the implementation work is owned by the Essembi team. What we need from your team is light, focused, and designed around your production schedule.
Project Lead
Holds weekly check-in with the Essembi project lead, ensures action items from your team are completed, and serves as the internal point of contact throughout the rollout. Learns the platform along the way to support your team after go-live.
Engineering Lead
Coordinates hardware installation and sensor deployment on production lines with technical support from Essembi. Handles power, safety, and physical installation requirements. Most of the technical configuration work is done by the Essembi engineering team.
Production Operators
A single training session before go-live covers everything operators need to know — how to start and finish jobs, log downtime, and complete in-process checks. Simple, fast, and designed for the plant floor.
Management Team
Conducted after go-live once real data is flowing. Covers dashboard navigation, OEE report interpretation, AI summaries, and how to use Essembi to drive continuous improvement decisions. Hands-on with your actual production data.
Let the Essembi team do the heavy lifting.
Every rollout is coordinated and supported by an Essembi project team with input as required from your team.
Project Sponsor
- Assist with overcoming any project risks or blockers
- Communicate project concerns between both teams as they arise
Project Lead
- Hold weekly meeting with Essembi project lead to manage the project plan
- Ensure action items from your team are completed on schedule
- Learn Essembi to support the platform independently after go-live
Project Lead
- Owns the project plan and drives the implementation to completion
- Sends regular updates to project sponsors with real-time visibility into risks
Engineer
- Completes all system configuration, dashboard builds, and API integrations
- Provides technical support during and after go-live
Go-live is the starting line, not the finish line.
Go-live is the start of your continuous improvement journey. Essembi gives you the data and tools to drive meaningful gains after launch. Our Kaizen services team is available to work alongside you, accelerating improvement and supporting your growth long after rollout is complete.
