Minimal team time commitment.

Most of the work during the rollout is handled by the Essembi team. Below are the limited time commitments we will need from your team.

Project Lead 1 hour per week Responsible for high-level project strategy and supporting our team in various tasks
Engineering Lead 1 hour per week Assists with deployment of sensors for power, safety, and quality purposes

Customer training schedule.

Essembi will conduct two key training sessions for utilizing the platform.

Production Operators 30 minutes Basic system operation and data entry procedures (prior to go-live)
Management Team 60 minutes OEE reports and dashboards interpretation (after go-live)
