Rollout

Fast deployment. No operational disruption. Minimal time commitment.

Most of the implementation work is done by the Essembi team. Your team contributes a few hours per week during rollout, and goes live with a fully configured platform in weeks, not months.

Minimal Time Commitment

You focus on running the floor. We handle the implementation.

Most manufacturing software implementations drag on for months and pull key people off the floor. Essembi's rollout is different by design. We come with a repeatable process, a dedicated team, and a timeline that respects the fact that your operation does not stop for a software project.

Part 1

Measurement: get accurate, real-time data flowing.

  • Initial data loaded and API connections configured
  • Hardware installed on production lines with minimal downtime
  • OEE metrics validated and confirmed accurate for each line
  • Process controls configured to capture what matters most

Part 2

Improvement: turn that data into visibility and tools your team actually uses.

  • Custom dashboards designed for operators, supervisors, and leadership
  • Key reports validated and configured by the Essembi team
  • Team training completed before go-live, operators ready from shift one
  • Continuous improvement tools live and tracking savings from day one

Timeline

From kickoff to go-live in weeks.

Most manufacturers are live within 6 to 8 weeks. Timeline varies based on the number and types of production lines, automated data collection strategy, and modules implemented.

  1. 01

    Data Configuration

    Weeks 1–2
    • Initial data is loaded into Essembi to drive process mapping
    • API connections to ERP and third-party systems configured and tested
  2. 02

    Process Mapping

    Weeks 1–3
    • Industry best practices blended with your specific requirements to build SOPs for operators
    • Key metrics identified and process controls configured for each line
  3. 03

    Hardware Installation

    Weeks 2–4
    • Your engineering team installs sensors and edge devices with guidance from Essembi's technical team
    • Installation is designed to minimize line stoppages and production impact
  4. 04

    Dashboards

    Weeks 3–5
    • Custom dashboards designed for leaders, supervisors, and plant floor operators
    • Essembi team configures and validates all views in the platform
  5. 05

    Reports

    Weeks 4–6
    • Key reports validated to confirm they deliver the right data to leaders and supervisors
    • Essembi team reconfigures reports as needed based on validation feedback
  6. 06

    User Training

    Weeks 6–7
    • Functional leads train supervisors and the plant floor team on their processes in Essembi
    • Essembi team present in training sessions to support and answer questions in real time
  7. 07

    Go-Live

    Week 8
    • Software collecting live data from production lines from the first shift
    • Essembi team on standby during go-live week to resolve any issues immediately
Time Requirements

Minimal team time commitment.

Most of the implementation work is owned by the Essembi team. What we need from your team is light, focused, and designed around your production schedule.

Project Lead

~1 hour per week: weekly check-in with the Essembi project lead, and the internal point of contact throughout rollout.

Engineering Lead

~1 hour per week: coordinates hardware installation and sensor deployment, with technical support from Essembi.

Production Operators

One 30-minute training session covering how to start and finish jobs, log downtime, and complete in-process checks.

Management Team

One 60-minute session after go-live covering dashboard navigation, OEE reports, AI summaries, and driving improvement decisions.

Project Team

Let the Essembi team do the heavy lifting.

Every rollout is coordinated and supported by an Essembi project team, with input as required from your team.

Your Team

Project Sponsor & Project Lead

  • Project Sponsor: assist with overcoming any project risks or blockers, and communicate concerns between both teams as they arise
  • Project Lead: hold a weekly meeting with the Essembi project lead to manage the plan, ensure your team's action items are completed on schedule, and learn Essembi to support the platform independently after go-live

Essembi Team

Project Lead & Engineer

  • Project Lead: owns the project plan and drives the implementation to completion, sending regular updates with real-time visibility into risks
  • Engineer: completes all system configuration, dashboard builds, and API integrations, and provides technical support during and after go-live
Improvement

Go-live is the starting line, not the finish line.

Go-live is the start of your continuous improvement journey. Essembi gives you the data and tools to drive meaningful gains after launch. Our coaching team is available to work alongside you, accelerating improvement and supporting your growth long after rollout is complete.
